Occupational Health and Safety

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is not a requirement,

We see it as a conscientious responsibility. We believe that a safe working environment is the cornerstone of a reliable, strong and durable organization and that any harm that may occur to its employees, stakeholders and everyone it interacts with can be prevented. Our most important responsibility is to ensure that each of our employees working in many parts of the world complete their work safely and return home healthy.

OHS management is among the company's core values and performance criteria and is represented at the Board of Directors level.

Every employee of BS Prefabrik has the right not to start work or to stop work in an unsafe environment.
